Best Wagyu ever. We’ve been ordering From Jeff for a year now and we haven’t bought Beef anywhere else since. It’s always fresh and incredibly delicious. We make a lot of hamburgers, ground beef. I really like how easy it is to communicate with Jeff. I know if I ever had any problems he would take care of it immediately. Definitely worth a try. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Got to know Jeff @ 3C when I bought a 1/4 beef. Since then I have found him to be a man of his word. He is dedicated to the health of his herd and provides some of the best beef I’ve eaten. He responds quickly to questions and will allow visitors to inspect his herd when time permits.

The beef I’ve had from 3C has been excellent. I’m fairly new to 3C, but I’ve tried a variety of their beef and all have been great. Much better flavor and tenderness than similar cuts from the grocery store. Even the ground beef has a much superior flavor and juiciness than regular ground beef with the same fat percentage. Plus, dealing with Jeff, Chief Beef Slinger, is a pleasure. He’s always professional, dedicated to a top quality product, and interested in taking care of his customers.

Excellent beef and customer experience with Jeff at 3C Joppa Cattle Company! I love that it’s local to the Texas Hill Country. As a someone who has spent a lot of time around cattle, l love to see cattle on the open range and raised humanely and lovingly. The fact this is a fifth-generation family ranch is impressive and I admire the Texas street-cred! Website was easy to navigate. Beef is delicious. Go on and get yourself some!

My love my freezer! It’s filled w 3C Cattle Company beef. I don’t have to go to the supermarket and hope a quality steak is available. Everything I’ve tasted thus far, including Tenderloins, Ribeyes, Flat Iron Steaks and even the Hamburger meat, has been TOP SHELF! This is the 3rd year in a row that I’ve taken advantage of this “Ranch to Table” operation. No regrets…

We ordered an 1/8 a cow and we really love the burgers and other cuts of meat we have tried so far. We are very happy to have hormone free beef that is being raised sustainably. Shipping was great and customer service is awesome. You need to try some!!

The best steak I’ve had in as long as I can remember, and my guests all said the same thing! Perfectly marbled, incredible flavor, and excellent customer service. Can’t recommend enough!

I eat steak 2-4 times per week I have had many different if not all the cuts that you can buy from 3C cattle company. But by far my favorite is the old cut ribeye wow the perfect a mount of fat. It will not disappoint. I wish I would have taken a photo of that beautiful piece of meat. 😊
