This is my first Beefshare purchase. From Jeff iat 3C. However, this is my third Beefshare purchase in general. By far the best quality and flavor. Dealing with Jeff is absolutely fantastic. The marbling is exceptional, and the flavor profile, given the aging of the beef, takes it to a whole other level.

I recently drove to 3C Joppa Cattle and met with Jeff who had prepared my order, from the start everything has been great. My preordered meat was packed and in a bag for me ready to go, the meat was individually packaged and labeled with the cuts of meat, weight and where it was from!
We have tried the filet and chuck eye steaks and our experience was better than we expected. I generally stick my steaks with a fork before seasoning and it was like putting my fork in soft butter and the steak was tender and delicious!
I highly recommend Jeff and the entire 3C Joppa Cattle Company, whether you are local and want to take a short drive from the Austin area or prefer to order and have wonderful Wagyu steak delivered to your door, either way you will not be disappointed! And although I only order a small amount you can order anywhere from 1/4 up to an entire whole beef and you will be enjoying great American Wagyu just like Marc and I from 3C Joppa and Jeff!

We have been purchasing Waygu Beef locally and my supplier was no longer going to have the beef, so I set out looking for another Local Rancher and I found Jeff Charlton w/ 3C Joppa and I made a purchase of different types of steaks and ground beef.
The first beef we tried was last night; Tenderloin for my husband and Chuck Eye for me. When I forked them as I usually do before seasoning my steaks, it felt like soft butter so I knew they were going to be tender! Yup they were tender and very flavorful! We thoroughly enjoyed the steaks and, we will be purchasing more.
No need to eat steaks out when you have better than restaurant beef locally! And pricing was inline with what I was expecting. You definitely get a great steak from a great Rancher! Thank you Jeff!

We enjoyed three bone-in Wagyu ribeye steaks from 3C Joppa Cattle Company over the 4th of July weekend with family and friends. Absolutely delicious! The steaks were tender, flavorful, and excellent quality. It made our 250 - 4th of July celebration even more special. You can tell the owner takes pride in the business, and the company is very well run. Highly recommend!
This just might be the best beef I've ever had! And being a Native Texan, Ive had my share of beef. Jeff knows this industry and goes to great lengths to ensure the end product is fresh, responsibly raised and to provide some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced in any industry. This beef was absolutely delicious perfectly seared on the outside with a beautiful crust, while staying tender and juicy inside. The sliced pieces show that nice medium doneness with great color, and the seasoning looks like it brought out a rich, savory flavor. Paired with the creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables, this plate looks like a full steakhouse-quality dinner right at home. Definitely a 5-star meal.
Great overall experience and Beef ! From ordering 1/4 beef on website so informational and easy to understand and get ordered ! Second Jeff is an outstanding rancher who truly care about the consumers, the beef is top quality and packed in clear plastic ready for freezer or fridge , NO hidden white paper with old meat on this ranch ! Will be buying again once our freezer FULL gets down , thanks JEFF see yall soon
