This beef is amazing!

This is my 2nd order , orederd and arrived next day!!! Short rubs, ground beef 2#, a bone in ribeye, a 2.55 chuck roast, 1# beef skirt, I grilled on Wednesday and the marbling and fat content I ate !!! Its that great .. give them a try!! You won't regret it!!

I’m writing to express my utmost admiration for the exceptional quality of the beef I received in this sampler pack. The beef was not only visually stunning but also incredibly flavorful. I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing quarter and half cows from various ranchers across Texas, but this one truly stands out as the best in my opinion.

The packaging was impeccable. Everything was meticulously labeled, and despite the outside temperature fluctuating between 68 and 70°F, Jeff managed to package the beef and deliver it to Dallas, ensuring it arrived still frozen.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the sirloin and flat iron steaks. They were incredibly tender, juicy, and simply divine. I can’t put into words how delicious they were.

I highly recommend purchasing a sampler pack or even opting for an eighth of a cow to avoid any potential delays due to inventory constraints.

The 3C Joppa Cattle Company has the beef of my childhood. The flavor is rich and beefy, and all the fat is not removed. This is the way beef used to be, and the way it is supposed to be.

My husband and I purchased an eighth of a cow and received it about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to try the ground beef, roasts, and steaks before giving my review. We have tried them all, and there is no comparison with any other beef we have recently purchased. Not from our local butcher, or even from local ranchers here in SW Florida. The quality and flavor are wonderful.

10 lbs of Grass-fed premium American Wagyu Ground Beef

Ever since I can remember meat of any kind has made me sick. I got to a point where I became vegan because I didn’t know how else to get the nutrients I needed. Being vegan made me deficient in so many things I became sick over time. I recently was told my two providers to try buying my meat directly from the source to see if that made a difference. After reading so many reviews I decided to go with 3c Joppa and try them out. I was presently surprised by how tender, delicious and satiating the meat was. I am now 2 weeks back on meat and I am starting to feel better than I have in a long time. I have upcoming labs for my next appointment and I’m anxious to see what they say. I just ordered my second order from here and I’m happy to continue this journey. So thankful I read reviews and gave meat another try, the right way.

The flavor and tenderness of the beef is the best I’ve had . Will be placing another order when this one is consumed .

Love the quality!

I ordered the Christmas Box and whole tenderloin. I have only tried the T-Bone and Sirloin which were fantastic. Can't wait to break down the tenderloin and try the rest of my box. I would recommend and the customer service is exceptional.

The best tasting beef! We noticed when we buy Waygu beef at the local grocery store, it it pumped with water and the quantity shrinks while cooking. Not the beef from 3C Joppa Cattle! The meat is high quality and delicious. Try some and compare!!!
