📋 How to Sous Vide 3C Joppa Wagyu Steaks

  1. Season your steak with salt, pepper, garlic, or fresh herbs.

  2. Vacuum seal or use a heavy-duty freezer bag.

  3. Set your sous vide bath to:

    • 130°F for medium rare

    • 135°F for medium

  4. Cook for 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on thickness.

  5. Sear quickly in a hot cast iron pan for that golden crust.
